I don’t get tribalism in crypto. If you’re believe we’re still so early, its like being tribal towards AOL or Nokia. You can support portcos without sounding tribal.

To cut down on nonsense signups, my website no longer accepts email signups from aol, gmail, &c; in other words, only business email addresses. We'll see how many unintended consequences I haven't thought of.

@agkeshava @AmardeepGarg2 @khurshed Unfortunately, seen this many times now.. Isha vols never talk or crib about AOL. But AOL prime ppl like BAWA who created 'Yes plus' program have this tenancy to crib about Isha. It percolates down thro organisation & volunteers. Shows Hindu orgs in poor light. Unfortunate

@bcantrill @okta @toddmckinnon I am reminded of a *********** that Silicon Graphics inflicted on AOL back in the day (mid-1990s). Ethernet board in a Challenge Server dies, is replaced by field service. Ah but support forgets to regen the NFS license key that is tied to the Ethernet board MAC address.

@RealAndrew90 @DAlperovitch @YouTube ALL investigation evidence for WHITEWATER being conducted in Murrah Building - destroyed. Mere weeks before it was to go to trial. The legitimate US Government infrastructure - AOL - servers destroyed and seized. Southwestern Bell (down the street from Murrah)
