@AOLSupportHelp it’s insanity that I’ve been trying to cancel my DEAD grandfather’s account for TWO YEARS and am still having the worst experience ever. ABSOLUTELY horrific and abysmal way to treat a grieving family. $720 worth of charges and the WORST representatives

@BongoLaserworks AOL and paper check are not common or ever used here so I give myself 4 points but hey I never went far so why even use a map ey? XD Also my family for the longest time didn't have a PC that's why I never personally used a floppy disc :c

  • lazaruslong_ua LazarusLong (@lazaruslong_ua) reported

@Artosis no AOL unless ICQ counts and no paper check (checks have never been widely used in my country)

  • Thundermouser Thunder Mouser (@Thundermouser) reported

@bishypixie I never had an AOL address, that was the only one for me.

  • mbateman Matt Bateman 🍅 (@mbateman) reported

@ouranometrian Actually I’ve never had an AOL email, just an AIM screen name. I had a compuserve email before AOL existed though so it’s even worse

  • LordDeathDark LordDeathDark (@LordDeathDark) reported

@mithaldu 2 - AOL, postcard AOL because I didn't get an email address until High School, and by then AOL wasn't top dog anymore, you used gmail or hotmail. And I never understood postcards. I could take my own picture and send it in a letter. They'd like that more.

  • marktikky Mark T (@marktikky) reported

@version3point1 Same with me. Never went with AOL, but still got a Hotmail account in use.

  • AgentBluesky27 Agent Bluesky 🌎✌️ (@AgentBluesky27) reported

@KarduelPlays I've got 2 - though I know how to use a rotary phone, I can't recall ever making a call, and I never had an AOL email, just Hotmail lol

  • StephenLaine1 Stephen Laine (@StephenLaine1) reported

@coffee_anytime 1 Never had an AOL

  • sagafood Michael Rodgers (@sagafood) reported

@keyofmgy I think I'm at 3. I never had a MySpace. I built my own Angelfire page but just never did that. We also never had AOL (let's go local ISPs!), so I didn't have an email address there. And I've maaaaaybe never sent a postcard. But I'm not sure about that.

  • InnerNetDivas InnernetDiva Aint Got Time For That! (@InnerNetDivas) reported

@iamlegallyhype Only 1 - never had AOL account. Who remembers, in the days of dial up, when AOL sent those free trial CDs? They are collectibles now. Who knew? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
