We argued and I blew him off. Then he started messaging me with the same horrible stuff. Back then AOL didn't have any great ways to block people so I had to work with support to get him to stop harassing me. I wasn't sure if they banned him but he went away. /3

@Carol_Stephen @FinolaSloyanPR I was on MySpace too ... aol chat rooms before that ... old BBS boards before that, but FB was the first online "social" thing I saw as truly evil and awful! #digiblogchat

  • JIMWINGS333 Jim💀🎸🎶 (@JIMWINGS333) reported

@MichelleMaxwell Never had an AOL email Addy. But did listen to music on an 8-Track back in the 70s and early 80s, which didn't make the list.

  • flugamejames LL Bool J (@flugamejames) reported

  • nolibtards9 Mike R (@nolibtards9) reported

@MichelleMaxwell I never had an AOL account but have had a hotmail account for over 25 years and it is still my go-to main email. Guilty of everything else on the list.

  • ricky_atodaso Ricky (@ricky_atodaso) reported

@OctopusIllusion @mike_puterbaugh @davenewworld_2 AOL released AIM as a separate application that allowed non-AOL users to register a screen name and communicate with AOL users and other AIM-only users. I don't recall what kind of info AIM registration required. I'm sure e-mail was in there, but AFAIK they never verified.
