@AOLSupportHelp a service agreement for $29.99 a month, before they could solve the problem. Finally, I had the very helpful Best Buy Tech solve my problem. AOL is scamming people to buy service agreement.

aol doesn't seem to allow comments any longer, must not be fitting their agenda: "GOP blocks bipartisan probe". i wanted to comment, but not avail. if it was bipartisan, there would be no problem. just another arm of the team. all headlines slanted.
