@AvoidTIMtation That “garbage” brought them ratings. He was handed a sinking ship & did everything he could to try to save it. In the end, AOL/timewarner & money got the best of them.

@woodardhi Back in my day, when we signed on to the internet, the computer made this "dun dun dun shhhhhhhhh ding ding ding" sound and that's how we knew we were good to sign in to AOL Instant Messenger.

Honestly how is Yahoo still around? When discussing poorly run companies they have got to take some sort of prize. AOL at its worst was never as bad as Yahoo at its peak. Justice for AOL first listen!

@skyintist I think I did too... I had an email from my dork tiny ISP, but I never used it. Never used AOL, oddly. I always avoided them like the plague lol
