Hail all the streaming platforms whose entire business model is to get ppl signed up for a free trial to watch the one movie that isn’t available elsewhere, and then continue to bill the 57% of people who forget to cancel. Congratulations, y’all are the AOL of the 21st Century.

@AOLSupportHelp Hi I know it says can't give password support here, but I am in UK. Can't log in to either of my email accounts, so can't verify either to reset password. Can you help me?

I wish @Twitter would make it to where you don’t have to see the chats up top. I will never enter a chat-this isn’t AOL 1999- so I wish there was an option to hide them.

I’ve been on the phone with @AOL for 2 hours & they refuse to help me access my email unless I sign up for paid support. They claim that “the system won’t allow them” to generate a temporary password. I plan to call the Attorney General in the morning, because this is extortion.

@AOLSupportHelp You are not offering help via DM you're asking for payment for "help" -- this is #AOL - a 90 year old's email account hacked (plus he's deaf) you want him to call your company & pay for it. it's genuinely shocking. so cheap and disgraceful. I'll be sure to tell my dad. heckva job

@AOLSupportHelp uh, yeah, thanks. I am not asking for your help via a public forum. You asked me to switch to DM's for security reasons, which I did, and in the Dm's you told me to call a toll free number which, once you "help" me, I will charged a small fee. Puhleaze

@noahseidman Buy CRV it’s the easy programmable play. Nobody likes the Apples, and Microsoft plays. But look how that turned out the impatient “innovative” companies like AOL got wiped and the tanks survived. Get rich slow > Get rich quick
