    @momopeche Welcome to the Internet made me so sad--I remember collecting AOL CDs when the internet was nee and shiny and had so much promise. Now it's... this. There's still a lot of goood on it, but so, so much bad.

    @AOLSupportHelp My wife's late mother had an AOL account. A relative has recently hijacked the account and changed the password, preventing my wife from accessing the account. All efforts she has made with customer service to prove her legitimacy have failed. Can you assist?

    @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp I have…but you have stopped responding there. I am in contact with Oath Concierge office, but am being told to just ‘ignore spam’…. lol. Lack of customer care, methinks.
