  • BigDjmc Wally Lipton (@BigDjmc) reported

@PrisonPlanet I'd hit the button to cancel AOL and Compuserve, to keep casuals off the internet in general. Without a barrier to entry, things immediately got worse.

  • OmegaGlodson Dad Dies Twice (@OmegaGlodson) reported

@BlissMelly It's funny because I'm slightly older but I ended up being chronically online via AOL in the early and mid 90s. I think I didn't start until 8th grade. Holy **** it was different.

  • Johncooper22 John cooper (@Johncooper22) reported from Southgate, Michigan

@SarahJohnsonPR I started on AOL in the mid 90’s. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Now GET OFF MY LAWN!!!

  • shaunakhub শৌণক বসু (@shaunakhub) reported

@ProsaicView Did not use 1,6 & 8. They forgot AOL and MSN Search (I think that was it called back then). BTW Lycos had a great email service, probably the first to offer POP/SMTP access for free, way before GMail.

  • TheTomCasale Thomas Casale (@TheTomCasale) reported

Peacock is the worst streaming services of all-time. And there isn’t a close second. It’s like using AOL in 2021. Absolute trash.

  • BaggerDon StockMarketCaddie (@BaggerDon) reported

@EBUYUKARSLAN @Gambiste1 You have been trading for 10 years? You have never experience a bear............good luck....your parents could still be holding AOL, LUCENT, JDSU...lol

  • PATLANTA404 PATLANTA404 (@PATLANTA404) reported

@Jame5pectations The worst part of AOL and dial-up internet is when there were too many people in the world online and you automatically got kicked off while you were in the middle of using the internet.

  • NinaThud NinaThud (@NinaThud) reported

Unicorns don't say ****! Right?! AOL was the biggest website and we all had dial-up.

  • harrypujols Harry Pujols (@harrypujols) reported

@fringeblog AOL instant messenger was released in 1997. Internet service was uncommon until 1995. The anachronisms in music were also too much for me to stomach.

  • KeenanParker19 Keenan Parker/KP Music (@KeenanParker19) reported

@AvidanSmith I remember those days with AOL broadband and also dial up sucks
