I'd rather go back to dial-up internet with the AOL disc than to deal with the constant @GetSpectrum internet issues... Smh. 3 weeks straight andy internet has gone out randomly.

@Erica_DSW @kateyzeh we had to get aol/yahoo's lawyers to demand she remove it because she had taken it from an article of theirs- not because it was an ******* move, but because she used the picture without permission...it eventually worked, but after it had made the rounds on social media, etc

My mom called a hacker posing as tech support by accident, but realized what he was doing just in time. But giving her advice is FRUSTRATING because she basically won't listen to anything I tell her to do. -get rid of AOL -use 2 factor -get rid of Norton -get an adblocker
