    @michelle_byoung I had to have an AOL account. My company (eBay) used AOL messenger as their employee chat app. Early 2000s. My dad had an AOL email by choice 🤪 True story: after Dad passed, it took *14 STEPS* to cancel his account. He was paying $30/mo for a FREE email service! 😬
