@AOL has me locked out of my old emails. I have the email and passwords. Each is the other's recovery email and both want me to verify with a code sent to the other. An hour on hold and AOL tells me they won't help unless I pay them. Then they hung up on me.

@SarahSevans2000 19, somehow never had an AOL address. I think I skipped straight to yahoo or Hotmail.

@SarahSevans2000 I never had AOL not sure why I missed that. Though I must've created one to get free Internet access for a minute

@JebraFaushay Mergers have a nasty habit of not working out. I am thinking of Time Warner's disastrous marriage to AOL, but there are a myriad of examples.

@CZOctober25 @SarahSevans2000 I never had a waterbed or AOL either but the rest of them I had or used at one point. My first Internet was dial up and it drove people crazy. Because I had only one phone line and people would try to call me on the phone and the line was always busy because I was on the Internet

@AnaAnsan3 Nintendo and Sony would have been stuck in the late 1990s with AOL service setups if it weren’t for PC gaming and the original Xbox (the original Steam Machine).
