    @benedictevans 👍If I can begin a subscription on the web, I should be able to cancel that subscription on the web. It’s why I haven’t resubscribed to the NYT. Reminds me of AOL back in the day. You could only cancel by phoning during business hours and waiting hours on hold.

    Is the paramount +video AOL dial quality for everyone or is it me? I have Google fiber and this is not an issue with any other service #USAvCAN
