@AOLSupportHelp @epf1327 This turns out to be a known issue without a resolution. I spent ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES on the phone with AOL to gain this information. Why are they so dreadful at customer service??

1/2 Here's a thought for my fellow gen Xers and probably some millenials too....Y'all remember the start of the internet? That **** was wild. SomethingAwful, Rotten .com, JennyCam, viruses. So many viruses. Limewire. Napster. AOL chatrooms. ******* OG Craigslist!

@HockeySavants I was being stupid saying you were saying you're 1995 years old, not around in 1995, cause you said "I'm 1995" vs "in 1995". But yeah I think we had AOL in 95 and dsl by 99. Also other than needing to laptop work, I haven't connected to a restaurant wifi in ages.
