    Microsoft XBox account management is literally like using AOL in the 90s…losing hundreds of million of $$ because it’s SO unintuitive how to get **** to work!

    @FossilLocator @azcentral I once had to Google “how to cancel AOL” bc they made it impossible. Then learned dozens of states attorneys general were suing them for making it impossible.

    @stonemtn Please don't leave with Comixology as a broken, unusable mess. It was the best thing in the world. Until a few weeks ago. Now it's like trying to read comics on an AOL dialup while someone yells at you. This new Comixology is a disease. Please fix it before you leave.

    @dmcox I feel like maybe my FIL works in you office. This is his type of technology. I **** you not, he was still paying for “high speed AOL” up until just a few years ago. They hadn’t actually been connected to an AOL server in over a decade.
