@EBischoff It was a fantastic book, really opened up my eyes on how the AOL merger was probably the biggest culprit of WCW’s demise. Doing Thunder essentially for free didn’t help matters, didn’t know the show wa such a burden in so many different ways.

  • Doc_Mukti Doc Mukti 🐸🦠 (@Doc_Mukti) reported

@ChoppingCrypto **** is givin me @AOL vibes circa 1999. Like a full 15-20 seconds to load up 🤯

  • HouseofGlib Allan “Is THIS my last tweet?” Mott (@HouseofGlib) reported

@scarletsherlock Two points. Never had AOL or a MySpace page.

  • jdklein33 JD Klein (@jdklein33) reported

@BrandonParker_o @Microsoft I use it when my AOL is down Update: miraculously they turned the junk filter back on sometime mid day Monday Verified with other people that yes indeed, the whole thing was not working for them either

  • NukSoCow Nuk So Cow 🐄 (@NukSoCow) reported

TikTok wiping Andrew Tate's name, which is like something out of V For Vendetta. Cancel Culture at its worst. This is only going to increase Twitter, Rumble & potentially a Vine comeback. Big Corp arrogance needs to look at MSN, MySpace, AOL, Yahoo, Bebo. You can fall too

  • rinaldi_casey Casey Rinaldi (@rinaldi_casey) reported from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

@Disillu44186678 @WWFCounselor I’m sure there was discourse, but it was likely limited to smaller forums and AOL Instant Messenger or something. Social Media has REALLY magnified both the good and the bad aspects of wrestling fandom in a big way.

@hihiimscott Lol I actually got the AOL email address in college to be ironic. As a kid I had a local dial-up service
