@King_Milkfart @leahprime @johnbruso I think if people really understood how much of the interweb economy works, they’d get that bots will always be found within any highly trafficked website or app. The last large org to not have this issue, was "pre-broadband everywhere AOL". Someone prove me wrong, please.

AOL, Yahoo, MSN, Nokia, Blackberry. They all thought they were the first and the market leaders. But then faster better technology caught up and overtook them and left them way behind. It starts off slow and then rapidly speeds up. Maybe #Bitcoin will face a similar outcome.

My buddy brayden thinks I have an AOL and a Yahoo wtf

  • MasonMarkR Mark Mason (@MasonMarkR) reported

@mdgarratt @bgurley Exactly - this is what AOL got in trouble for in the 2000s, correct?

  • ConditorCancri Potentially Trevor Walker (@ConditorCancri) reported

@MileenaUltra Oh, that’s long lost. I expect big i Internet won’t be around too much longer, I think you’ll see it broken into regional systems so greater control can be exerted. The promise of the Internet has been completely passed away. This is closer to AOL than to 1997 WWW.
