I remember when the AO-HELLERS first came online back before the web; the days of Archie, ELM, Veronica, and chat boards. I'd have added BBS to the list though.

Awful mistake. Though if it gets kids reading more again from boredom, that could be one silver lining.

It's individual people with bad takes and those takes are just as annoying as posts claiming 'all gundam fans' are annoying. A bunch of bored people on the internet don't speak for everyone.
