    @hacks4pancakes I used to call MAE-West to give a heads-up whenever USA Today or Readers Digest was going to highlight my website I also called MAE-West whenever AOL pleaded for my help to stop their panicky users from forwarding email hoax virus alerts -- by pointing them to a brand-new page

    @hacks4pancakes I was a teen, coming home from GenCon with a new D&D game that required an online service (AOL)... there was no windows version, and the DOS version it came with was like 1.0 or 1.1

    a premium for customer service. AOL did it and their usage was great. They had customer service. Those who have their identities stolen? They have no legal recourse due to corrupted @twittersupport. Shine a light on these individuals. PPL will make up the revenue.

    I blame a download that was canceled in 2003 by a bad AOL dial up connection for all the problems we are having in the world today. There are no coincidences.
