@aolmail Okay I sent an dm to one of the aol customer support pages.... Hopefully that's the right one. The link that's posted took me to select a person to send a DM too...not like the link sending me to a aol account or anything

@sidlowe Some providers have also started using two factor authentication. This happened with someone I know who was still using AOL email. The solution was to access the email on a computer and go through the settings. There was an option there to give the phone access to the email
