never have i ever had a worse experience on a customer support call with @AOLSupportHelp... after 1 hour the problem still isn’t solved and my moms still locked out of her account— thanks for nothing, glad you helped the hackers win

You'd log on every week to AOL or wherever to see what new ZZT games were there, and you never knew what it was going to be -- this is very common today, but I'm talking about 1993!

@VerizonSupport I figured out the issue myself. It has to do with oAuth2 support, but AOL failed to inform their users of this change. I never got a notification and it's not in their "troubleshooting steps." All they had to do was point me in the right direction, but they couldn't even do that.
