Comcast got into a lot of trouble with this, @AOL, I’m so surprised that you’re using this predatory strategy on your customers.

mainstream popular products--and I'm sure they are getting all sorts of foreign help to do that, who ever send Den 7 emails with my sons first and last name on it from Pakistan? on AOL?

@AOLSupportHelp @VerizonSupport what is going on with Spam hitting my mailbox?!? I’m a Verizon . Net customer so I have to use aol mail. Sending the spam mail headers to abuse @ aol . com does nothing I’m sick of it, might leave Fios, after 15 years…

Ultimately only olds will ever have purchased music so it’s not a long term problem. But it makes you wonder how much revenue is ******* in companies with stuff like this. It’s like AOL Dialup Users: The Next Generation.

@aolmail I keep getting security prompt to sign in with auth. code. I do not have 2 step varication set up! This has to stop its waste so much time. What can I do

  • jessidoyle jessie doyle (@jessidoyle) reported

@AOLSupportHelp uh, yeah, thanks. I am not asking for your help via a public forum. You asked me to switch to DM's for security reasons, which I did, and in the Dm's you told me to call a toll free number which, once you "help" me, I will charged a small fee. Puhleaze

  • Missmrecommends Em (Auntie Fa) Maxwell (@Missmrecommends) reported

I’ve been on the phone with @AOL for 2 hours & they refuse to help me access my email unless I sign up for paid support. They claim that “the system won’t allow them” to generate a temporary password. I plan to call the Attorney General in the morning, because this is extortion.

  • BmcUpTheReds B Armstrong (@BmcUpTheReds) reported

@AOLSupportHelp Hi I know it says can't give password support here, but I am in UK. Can't log in to either of my email accounts, so can't verify either to reset password. Can you help me?

@drbenway99 @SerpicoDet I have a friend who used yahoo & icloud, had more problems with each of them than I have had with AOL since ’90s—no quota issue despite 1000s of e-mails [they drop off eventually if not saved], have 7 screen names (only 3 active, really, 1 that I mostly use for online shopping).
