@biggirth6969 Right? Or aol dial up, little guy would still be running and making that awful sound for hours just for the phone to ring and get booted off.

Win 98 didn't catched my attention, but my first dial-up internet connection w/ a 14,400 bit/s modem (bits not bytes or megabytes lmao) was on Win 98. I used to hang on chats, irc channels, Quake multiplayer, forums, Usenet, AOL and ICQ. Win2k trash, Win Me trash too.

  • AmericanNidiot ᴅᴀᴅᴊɪᴍᴀ! (@AmericanNidiot) reported from Battle Creek, Michigan

@agikun @JenosonTwit Some of those folks are so weird. Like, I will admit to liking some weird *** ****, but I really don't want minors interacting with me over my choice in erotica... Like, jfc, I was exposed to ****** when AOL was the #1 provider of internet when I was >10 of age...

@ringsidenews_ @alantheus23 Not a fan of the Bad Bunny angle, but difference is that its making WWE money. The way WCW/AOL Execs dealt with merch and publicity for the Arquette angle was a wasted opertunity. Left money on the table.

  • Jinpachi120 CXX|Jin (@Jinpachi120) reported

If your game got rollback and gorilla tactics, put me in your group chats, ya skypes, discords, AOL chatrooms, idgaf. Real ****.

@cloudiemcdoom Never have used AOL but we had so many of the disks before getting a computer at home

  • norcal_dc DC (@norcal_dc) reported

@perlhack @portmanteauface When a customer gives me an AOL email address, I just assume they're not savvy - tech or otherwise. At some point in our interaction, they almost always prove me correct.
