    @fekdaoui @bot mine barely made it past set up before shutting me down for 7 days. "Bot credits" according to Grok. Grok Bot is is still in AOL dialup stage. Needs work and some tweaks badly. Save you money

    @Graestra @byoanarchy So everytime she booted up aol I would hall *** out of the house, my demanded to sit with me one morning before work and the janitor showed her where they were keeping me and my mom started flipping tables and ****, they called 9/11 and the cops took my mom's side.

    @BBfan4life4sure @Iwanthatveto They didn’t have HOH comps to save them or POV. They had to complete task and had to budget for food. They each had to vote 2 people that they wanted to leave each week. The people with the most votes I believe two or three were left for the viewers to decide banishment by calling an 800 number and voting. Live feeds were on AOL which was horrible. And they had live animals in the BY.

    @ArcadeHorizons @virtualmage17 No immersion issue for me in the 80s, just 2 different atmospheres and that's it. In my opinion, lots of players hate AoL either because of a group effect (especially when it comes to Y-gen players and beyond) or because they didn't get its basic gameplay mechanics.

    Oh... Just in case it hasn't sunk in yet AI being able to code as well as it does means that software as a product or service is DEAD AS A DOOR-NAIL It will probably stop twitching in about 4-5 years for most people, but expect some companies to hold on by charging subscription services until 25 years after they have become irreverent... See AOL for examples
