Is there anyone on here who can help please? My wife's AOL email account is locked out and unfortunately her recovery email and mobile are no longer available! It's got some stuff in it that we really need so if any of my followers on here are IT wizards please please help!!

@AOLSupportHelp I can’t receive or send e mails my messages says no password please enter a password in settings !! Nothing was done with my knowledge. My recovery phone number is my old landline where I used to live. I seem to be stuck in an endless loop !! I need some help.
