  🇬🇷 Three people were killed when a private helicopter crashed on the Greek island of Sifnos (Cyclades) shortly after 6 p.m. local time on Monday, Aug. 17, per the Greek fire brigade (via Reuters). The aircraft went down in the Tholos neighborhood near homes and burst into flames, sparking a brush fire that crews brought under control. The dead are the pilot and two passengers. According to unconfirmed local reports, those on board were a newly-married British couple and the Greek pilot; the helicopter had reportedly taken off from a helipad in eastern Attica bound for Sifnos and crashed shortly after departure. Authorities have not officially confirmed the victims' identities. One correction: early reports of six dead were incorrect — the confirmed toll is three. The cause is unknown and under investigation by Greek aviation authorities. It has not been established that a loss of control caused the crash, so early explanations should be treated with caution.   Any 2010 Tech Nostalgia? Working on Privateer. I started this one - at least put it into Google Docs... In 2010. MUCH has changed since this, technology-wise. I mentioned certain Tech Things by name that described those tech things in some detail. The problem is all of that stuff - ALL OF IT - is painfully outdated. AOL. Skype. Blackberry. Hotel Phone Calls. Adobe Flash. Now, I COULD keep all this stuff and keep Privateer a period piece, but I don't think anyone is waxing nostalgic about 2010 Tech Trends.

  AOL is certainly likeable. I like her. She's just not here in America's best interest. She's not. Some say she's the enemy. And they may be right. They, are not the enemy, they care about what's good for America. Now AOL has some real jewels seeking out against Americans, as a US Congressperson, she may be over stepping her obligation to the "Right" people. Not that she's never, "Right", you can be Right, and still represent the wrong people. Which people does she actually serve???? That's the Right question.
