@cb_doge Netscape was my client in 1997 & 1998. Their discipline for basic business processes (including hiring) was the worst of any software company I’ve seen. A single product company that had the vision of Amazon that could execute, down the drain as AOL bought them. 🔑 ‘s they misssed: Positioning, The Battle for your Mind by Reis & Trout. Have a plan, implement repeatable processes. Flank established competitors. Replace your own products with better ones before your competitors do. PLM, Sales Process, Project mgmt handed Haun with change , improve upon Customer Success goals, become easier to do business with than anyone in the space. Recruite well & train, retain top performers, promote within where possible. Inflect change on yourself, your org, your competitors, the market. Empower informal leaders in the organization. Have fun. All they did was the last one until they didn’t . IMHO
