@sassytallblond This poor dude needs a good 'ole fashioned NYC *** kickin. He is as annoying as listening to AOL try to formulate a logical sentence.

@AOLSupportHelp Hello Please can you help? I have been signed out of my AOL account and do not remember the password. It will not let me select forgotten email address because I have no recovery number. I really need to get back in to it. My whole life is on there

@Aol's new ad-free mail subscription, for whatever reason, was rolled out in 2021 after decades of the service launching. Why now? Why do I need to suddenly pay for mail without ads that cannot be blocked by an adblocker??! How is that possible!? This is horrible!

@michaelaranda I miss the days where we had to hunt each other down. Who had Xanga, LiveJournal, Tumblr? Were you on AOL, MSN chat, ICQ? Not everything centralized into one or two services like today. Internet portals taken to the extreme.

All other email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, GMX, etc...) are unaffected by this issue and can continue enjoying Spike as usual 💫

@AOLSupportHelp There is actually a problem with emails we want to send. They seems to be temporarily placed in raft folder, and not sent until we go in raft folder we we can see after, it’s empty, and then our emails are sent. But they are not sent until we do this.

@ggreenwald Our social structures are not designed for a “block” functionality. My computer teacher told us this in 1999 about AOL instant messenger. To be able to press a button and wordlessly shun someone is a concept thousands of years of human interaction could never have predicted.
