They should be making the comps to Internet protocol winners, or even OSI layers and their subsequent platforms and hardware buildout, but the insanely stupid human brain always wants to cite AOL, Netscape, Yahoo because it’s easy to grasp and it fits their specific desire (that hopefully Bitcoin and Ethereum are less permanent global infrastructure, and more like “companies”).
