Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • xedlock Justin Medlock (@xedlock) reported

Meta is to VR like AOL was to the internet. Dumbed down, overly simplified, and severely limited. Don’t form your opinions of it from Meta’s legless cartoon version on garbage hardware.

  • Utter1824 David Utterback (@Utter1824) reported

@paramountplus might as well change its name to the blue buffering circle app. Their server must be on @AOL dialup. Service sucks for a PPV ala carte product. Hard to watch #1883TV when it buffers every 3 minutes

  • DeconvertPlease 🪰 Flight of the Beelzebub 🪰 (@DeconvertPlease) reported

@javascriptual True BASIC back in 1995, which lead me to QBasic. Imagine trying to teach yourself that ****, pre-google, with no resources on aol, using just the help files, from which you also have to learn the terminology, uphill in the snow. It can be done.

  • PatrickStocks Patrick Johnson (@PatrickStocks) reported

If you think you are having a bad day, Facebook stock is down 1.2 AOL/Time Warner mergers in one trading session.

  • noconntext Conner (@noconntext) reported

@AOLSupportHelp how can I contact support without having to call a phone number? I need to recover an email account that was deleted or atletas I need access to the emails that the deleted account receives

  • philostopher666 Quentin deNameland (@philostopher666) reported

@Swoopy @Freeyourmindkid @BarackObama He was against the Time Warner/AOL merger, and often argued the media was becoming too consolidated. Anybody want to guess why a room full of people were cheering, but you only ever heard him, on every broadcast network, which made him sound crazy?

  • Zytharros Zytharros the Vivillon (@Zytharros) reported

When the #Dreamcast released… - online gaming was a novelty exclusive to PC - the best selling console of all time was the PS1 - Quake 2 was the biggest online tournament you could play - the biggest online service was AOL - New York’s World Trade Centre was still standing

  • ToastyDecline Tunguska Detonator (@ToastyDecline) reported

one is an email for professional stuff only one is my regular email linked to my phone payment methods and photo backups and **** the other is my youtube account that is so old it's actually an aol email login but it also has adsense linked to it which complicates everything

  • SeanV8Power Sean (@SeanV8Power) reported

Major issues with my email account any help @AOLSupportHelp

  • _wald0 Andy Robbins (@_wald0) reported

Here's the thing: AOL could have fixed this issue *the entire time* by patching aolrich.dll, which was responsible for, among other things, HTML rendering in the AOL client.
