After that, I made sure the AOL chat box was disabled. I've never much enjoyed chatting online anyway. If people can hit me up that way, they usually end up interrupting me when I'm working on something. If I'm going to chat, I prefer to schedule a time.

When I graduated hikeschool in 1997 the internet was just becoming huge with AOL etc. I honestly believe the internet and specifically social media has caused and enabled a lot of the destruction of our country. Before then you didn’t have half the crazy problems we see now! 🤔

My son was only four years old when this aggressive male got hold of my unlisted phone number, all from an AOL chat where I didn't even use my full name. Fortunately, he never made good on his threats to harm me. Unfortunately, he probably found someone else to harass.

@Dudechair @MascotKotaBear Here’s the hard cold truth that no one wants to understand #WCW made a **** ton of money for Ted Turner. AOL sold WCW not Ted Turner, #WcW was not a failure. If AOL would’ve sold to Eric Bischoff & investors to buy, it would’ve been better for the Biz.
