  The horde is following each other off a cliff believing Madam Media’s hysterics over open source. I believe either Anthropic, OpenAI, or a newer competitor—or all three—will be ten times bigger than they are today within the next text years. History never repeats and rhymes only when you tilt your head and squint. In reality, reality is a complex adaptive system that requires constant analysis and logical assessment.   As the numbers kept falling... Another problem was unfolding inside AOL Time Warner. The merger had combined two companies with entirely different cultures. Many of the original Time Warner executives saw AOL as an overvalued internet company whose success had been built on a stock market bubble. AOL executives believed Time Warner executives simply didn't understand the future. Instead of building one company... The two sides spent years pulling in different directions.
