Okay I just realized I am posting the memes WAY TOO BIG a file and so I will fix that tomorrow and starting posting the half size which don't load like 1998 speed AOL dial up. I am impressed in 2021 I can get an image to load line by line as if by phone line modem.

@MikeLovesBeer I have one of those old AOL cd's laying around if you just want to say **** it and go dial-up.

@JC1053 It's funny seeing history repeat itself.... We were doing this same crap from our dorm rooms in 2000 on Yahoo and AOL chat rooms. It was fun until I lost it all a year later and had to take a semester off to pay for rent... And for the few unlucky bastards that went to jail.

@barton3432 Isn't that stupid? I've tried yahoo, aol, gmail and signed up with Proton and tried that. Nope. I get the message "if your email is in our database, we'll send you an email...." blah **** blah **** blah ****. Yahoo email I've probably had for 20 years. AOL for 19 for sure.

  • drastic91 Andre Bracy (@drastic91) reported

@questlove I rebuke this tweet.....lol I've had my AOL addy since 89 and I'm never letting go......until they make me...lol

  • fuzztech Nick Selby (@fuzztech) reported

@aaronbarr You may be right, and may be wrong, but I am not going to support regulation based on a feeling that something might get better just because people feel we need to "do something" - doing the wrong thing has massive consequences. See, e.g., AOL and "breast cancer".

  • borgdad Topical Text Goes Here (@borgdad) reported

@matteoLorenzo_ @jonkeegan @williamlegate The crime is the WRONG PEOPLE are doing this. Only geezer boomers that need help using AOL dialup are allowed to pen editorials to manipulate stocks.
