  • Emperor1G Emperor (@Emperor1G) reported

@EphraimCrosley @Thrones_Facts allegedly, head of HBO/AOL of whoever owns them suggested doing this as late as last month. it'll never happen but thats how much they understood the failure of the last season

  • AirtheNeko Catboi Air (@AirtheNeko) reported

You never stopped using AOL. They just changed their name to Charter. And then got bought by Bright House. Which then got bought by Spectrum.

  • LordoTheOreo Oreo Mode 💛💙 🔜 MFF (@LordoTheOreo) reported

@tarper24 I said gmail mostly because I know gmail for sure has this issue. I honestly haven’t dabbled with other platforms since I last used AOL in 2015 xD

  • garyblack00 Gary Black (@garyblack00) reported

@squawksquare The odds of the bank facility failing are low. Elon tried to get a lower price on $TWTR but couldn’t. Barring a miracle, he will have to close on it. This will be the worst deal since TWX/AOL. With 10x debt/Ebitda he can’t just create a super app. We Americans like separate apps.

  • DAngel082 Jen (@DAngel082) reported

@AOL why won’t you allow me to generate a password for an app then try to sell me a plan for $29.99 to fix my email???

  • R3TRO8OY Scott…The Ghost of RETROBOY (@R3TRO8OY) reported

@CV_talks_film Remember how Sterns would be chatting to Bruce in the 2008 movie through AOL chat or whatever and he would use the name Mr Blue, that’s the same **** happening here so it’s the Leader.I doubt some douche rich kid would be creating tech like a Vibranium needle.

  • ScamDetector Scam Detector (@ScamDetector) reported

@Silverlynnb @aolmail Glad to see that you already received a response from them. We couldn't agree more especially that there are grammatical errors visible in this email and it is the common red flag from these scam emails.

  • jabreity Jason/Breitwieser (@jabreity) reported

@Coleens_ The context in IRC was folks would login to channels and spam "A/S/L? Wanna cyber?" and go DCC with any takers (hopefully) or we would just jump to another channel. ICQ I used some. A relative used AOL, so I had AIM to chat with her much later, perhaps 99-2000.
