Geez @verizon I pay $330/month for 6 devices on a family plan, and I can only use my jetpack for approximately two weeks of normal internet usage, and then you slow me down to pre-AOL dial-up speeds. Just hate this. That's not fair at all.

@jack @Daniel_Rubino Honestly, the internet started going to crap the moment AOL let all "the masses" get on. The intelligent debates in usenet gave way to the flame wars of idiots spewing conspiracy theories very quickly after that.

@Dudechair @MascotKotaBear Here’s the hard cold truth that no one wants to understand #WCW made a **** ton of money for Ted Turner. AOL sold WCW not Ted Turner, #WcW was not a failure. If AOL would’ve sold to Eric Bischoff & investors to buy, it would’ve been better for the Biz.

I think I may have been into Billy Strings if he had just called himself William Apostol. I never took him seriously when he went out there with an AOL instant messenger screen name. “First name + thing I like”

@AOLSupportHelp @aolmail The "new look" for aol mail on Desktop/Windows 10 is JUST AWFUL. In addition, there are zero options at ALL in mail now (ie: bold, italics, link, INSERT PHOTOS, etc). Multiple additional clicks just to show mail READ. WHY???? To finally get us to leave?

@prchovanec When I am inpatient with the speed of something electronic, I try to recall how long it took to sign in to AOL ...how long it took to open anything.

@horrorgeek I agree sites were terrible but when you're running AOL rates it's bound to be a reflection of how bad the Internet was rather than how bad the actual questions were. Proof of that lies with the times being a boon for horror magazines. So somebody was doing their job, right?
