Not to mention all the WCW “big hitters” contracts with AOL/Time Warner all expired at different times. Flair at the end of 2001, NWO beginning or 2002, Steiner end of 2002, Goldberg mid(ish) 2003. It was now or never.

@Pr0mptCr1t1cal @JenPallante RIGHT?! But I have too strong a distrust in the general sense to trust ANYTHING like that. Got screwed once back in the AOL Floppy days, never again.

Slow responses? A minute or more to scroll the programme guide? It's like AOL in 1998 all over again. None of the above are user needs.

@ASoftstar He is listening to the scarecrow singing "If I Only Had a Brain" via some obscure and obsolete telephone streaming service from AOL.

@ilove_retail At least they LET you cancel. We did battle with AOL for months trying to cancel. They treated us like misguided children.

  • whyJoe whyJoe (@whyJoe) reported

@actuallyerin I had a woman call to say she never got the AOL CD she ordered(!), that we had said we'd sent several. So, I told her I'd go grab one from the stack in the corner and address an envelope myself. Then the call ended. There were no CDs or envelopes in the call center. Just sayin

@MattLech AOL and Yahoo rags aren't much better than Business Insider, and I'm surprised that you resort to such misinformation. I thought MR exposed bad journalism instead of relying on them. Safety concerns of future projects are one thing, but we were talking about a 1.7 mile tunnel.

@mindertek Dang, let's send a complaint to someone over emails. I really don't like people from AOL. I'll bully every one of them until we can push anti consumer arguments against AOL to make them changes names to LOL

If you want easy to way to make a large business hurt just follow these 4 easy steps: 1. Force them to enter a new market. 2. Make them focus on you alone and not the customer. 3. Make them burn through insane amounts of cash. 4. Wait. Source: Amazon, AOL, and Apple.
