@Jeri59686445 @Acyn No problem, I actually worked for Warner Brothers while they were making this one and had a chance to talk to Chris on the phone about it while we set up his guest spot in my AOL Forum. I miss doing that.

@AOLSupportHelp My wife is having the same problem with aol account on her iPhone. Mail app keeps saying that the password is wrong or absent. We have ensured that the password and account names are correct but no change. The mail account works fine on a laptop. Please advise.
