@BryanShephard2 It is all set now!! They hacked my email and aol has this stupid loophole that allowed them to keep doing it over and over. I guess that will teach me to keep aol! The good thing is I've had texts & calls from people I haven't heard from in a long time... Mike, Derek, etc.

@DonaldBergin2 I remember downloading warez via receiving dozens of AOL email attachments (pkzip/rar broken up into 1MB chunks) back in the late 1990s. And then using 3rd party download managers to handle those “big” downloads over web browsers.

  • wgmicrypto WGMI Crypto (@wgmicrypto) reported

@binance @ethereum Its never going to happen. Vitalik and his whale buddies get too much profit from milking everyone with gas fees. Even if 2.0 happens, superior blockchains to 2.0 exist today, cheaper gas and faster than even what 2.0 is proposed. Eth = AOL It will be replaced and set aside

  • IamEricT IamEric+ Streaming Service only 4.99/month (@IamEricT) reported from River Forest, Illinois

@swyx @jaredpalmer First software I ever wrote in Corp America was to make sure a large Telco could create a bill supporting that many digits… the intended customer persona: AOL

  • DroidNChill Sunshine is the best desinfectant (@DroidNChill) reported

@electroboyusa Yup. Pretty much. Once you switch to gmail or something, AOL will lose its only customer and will cease to exist.

  • HHotelConsult Michael Hraba aka Just this hotel guy, you know? (@HHotelConsult) reported

I've been online since 1987. Nextdoor is the worst toxicity I've ever seen on any forum, from BBS or Prodigy or AOL Online to Reddit.

  • ReciprocalValue Mark Howard (@ReciprocalValue) reported

@project250184 @ebuss_ebsports @JobberNationTV They never needed to recover. Yall don't realize WCW would have remained if it wasn't for AOL. WCW was still a highly rated program.

  • PatriciaHowie Patricia Howie (@PatriciaHowie) reported

@DPTBW @electroboyusa It's not a real problem, only one of perception by people who flocked to gmail. AOL mail here, have had it since the mid-90s. Had to get a gmail address for my cell phone but I don't use it.

  • JPMcEvoyNYC James McEvoy🇺🇲🇮🇪🌈♊👨‍🦰 (@JPMcEvoyNYC) reported from Manhattan, New York

@electroboyusa Nope. Same AOL email since dial-up. I also have the same phone number since 1986 and never had a Facebook account. Never felt the need to follow the crowd "just because".
