@EquusFemina @AOLSupportHelp I'm now getting emails come through (though not all of the tests that I sent myself) and I have had one sent successfully too. Hopefully the problem is now sorted, but there is about 2 hours where I think if anyone sent us an email then they've probably been lost!

@scampidog70 @AOLSupportHelp Yes that’s the same error I’m getting, as well as not being able to receive test emails! Hope it’s fixed soon! Slightly relieved it’s not just me….but sad for all the rest of you at the same time! Let’s all hope they’re working on it, no idea how to reach TRUE customer support?

@AOLSupportHelp Just to report that your system seems to be down! I'm getting Error Code ET-5016 when trying to send an email & when sending myself a test email from Gmail it's not being received by my AOL account!

@notcapnamerica Low tax base. Mom lives in the villages, fl. Surrounding areas have dirt roads, dry spots with no wifi signal at all or cell towers. Some people are still doing dialup on their AOL accts. Inside the gates, it's all $$$. Pay to play. Low taxes and spotty infrastructure does this.

Is AOL mail down? I can’t get, send, save or access new mail for the past hour…even testing from my gmail account isn’t working? I use my AOL account for orders & I just ordered something, now I have no confirmation. Help?!? Just wondering, am I alone here? @AOLSupportHelp
