@BryanShephard2 It is all set now!! They hacked my email and aol has this stupid loophole that allowed them to keep doing it over and over. I guess that will teach me to keep aol! The good thing is I've had texts & calls from people I haven't heard from in a long time... Mike, Derek, etc.

@RaraSensei 1 point - I'm missing the AOL email address because we were Telewest (the UK version of US West). Definitely same era vibes! (ironically I had never sent a fax or paid via my own chequebook until 2018 when I moved to Japan, Very Retro)

@kelli__green 3. But two of them are US centric. I have legit never even seen a check IRL. Cash/Card/bankbook we used. AOL didn't exist here. Encyclopedia. (does Encarta 94 count?)

@ofmooshd @Melethonomia Born in 90 and 4 and only because I'm from, Poland and we went straight into credit cards, never had a dial-up at my place, no one here used AOL, and MySpace wasn't big here (we had something called "Nasza Klasa" - "Our Class")...
