Something I used to do on late 90s AOL was browse stranger’s profiles. People would list their favorite bands and and I would make note of certain band names if they listed just a few bands I liked. I’d later spend 15 dollars on cds of bands I never actually heard. #myalgorithm

@AmazonHelp I have been in touch Amazon help line and spoke to a very helpful man in Columbia who seems to think it’s my provider that is the problem. He is going to telephone me on Monday and in the mean time I have been trying to find a telephone helpline for AOL in UK.

@02Holden @Greenfleeves Once on, never to come off. 😬 Like the old talk talk or AOL internet, couldnt switch from them for love or money. Ill primarily be using at home, thanks to bloody covid, but will check how to ensure setting it defaulted to wifi. Cheers 👍

@Eric_BIGfund Never even tried converting people, just kept quietly mentioning #Bitcoin through the years - know from the past 3 decades that most people will NOT listen... That is, until the early adoption phase gets started of course. Now we're perhaps just months from the "AOL moment" ;-)
