    ugh i hate when i’m medicated and feeling good and productive and then agree to things and then it’s like how do i break it to my supervisor that i only agreed to handle that issue because i was on an upswing earlier and now i’m *AOL dial up noise*

    I remember a bunch of folks who wrote for Cinematical and other AOL owned blogs covering SXSW only to find out they were no longer employed that way. Also, **** HuffPo. Always.

    mergers are a red alert, always always always. when aol bought huffpost, hundreds of aol people got laid off. now huffpost is on the other end. capitalism sucks.

    @LEBassett When I was at AOL, we got fired in a similar way — to make way for HuffPost jobs. The corporate Circle of Life will never gain a moral compass.
