@jenni81576820 @FortniteGame I feel like I'm trying to login to AOL on a 56k modem

  • DaveThompson59 Dave Thompson (@DaveThompson59) reported

@Stonekettle How can someone that stupid exist on their own? How can they handle the technology to pester folks on twitter? I honestly blame AOL. It just made it too easy for dumbasses to get connected.

  • DonQuixotedeKaw Don Quixote de Kaw (@DonQuixotedeKaw) reported

@Logically_JC @jsinelf Still on DSL. Paying for 100mbs; getting about 5. No, not 500... FIVE! Theives, & a monopoly. Almost as slow as AOL, and using the same 50 year old tech. In the mid '80s, I was labor for an Oki-data contractor. I would hear that dialing noise all the time.

  • cryptic_cyak Cyak (@cryptic_cyak) reported

@TheBullClubNFT I can’t for the life of me fathom why anyone would go to that network… horrible track record; this week was even worse too. That being said I do wish ya guys the best. Solana reminds me of AOL internet.

  • DianeTaylor12 Diane Taylor (@DianeTaylor12) reported

@Logically_JC You've never heard about dial-up? Wait until you hear about the discs that AOL used to send to everybody via mail!

  • BarryGarlow8 Barry Garlow (@BarryGarlow8) reported

@enuffznuff1976 @WWEGareth @nikoexxtra Says the guy who thinks 83 weeks weighs heavier than killing the company I remember an AOL chat where Eric was asked Why they see the same faces in the main event every week, Eric's answer "If it's not broke why fix it?" Spoiler alert the wheels were about to fall off

  • dinosaur_dapper Dapper Dino 𓄿𓂾𓅬𓄤 (@dinosaur_dapper) reported

@MissDiedra The tech bros of the future seem about as bad at not being phished as a 92 year old grandma on AOL.

  • CurtisGolden18 Curtis Golden (@CurtisGolden18) reported

@TruckerChick379 I never have either. But I did answer my wife’s personal ad, in a daily paper not some xxx thing. That was 28 years ago. When AOL was new and computers had 12” screens!!!
