I never took a typing course or had any formal training. Actually learned how to type without looking at the keys, while using AOL chat back in the late 90s. Just learned that you're supposed to use your thumb for the space bar. I had never noticed but I use my right index fngr

I remember growing up; 3 networks controlled entire tv market. I also remember later on when AOL would dominate internet. But, how much business did major tv networks lose to cable tv over the years & where is AOL today? Never underestimate the potential disruption of an industry

  • MosesZD Chef Zhorge - CPA (rtd), Political Centrist. (@MosesZD) reported

@Spacewalker33 @EthanVanSciver That's normal when you have to cut the fat out. You just write things off and move on to what is profitable. That's freshman Management 101/Finance 101 knowledge. And $10 billion today is nothing like Time-Warner's write down of the AoL merger ($99 billion).

  • somecrazymark The Wrestling Savant (@somecrazymark) reported

@PeteHausen @Varan_the_Poop @EBischoff Turner Broadcasting NEVER wanted wrestling on its networks from DAY ONE that Ted bought it from Crockett. They were always looking for a way to get rid of it. AOL/Time Warner put Bischoff in a box so small creatively that he couldn't compete with WWE. Wasn't his fault.

  • StShackelford Steve Shackelford (@StShackelford) reported

They might “forgive” your loans, but they’ll never forget. Drones have everyone’s DNA bc of AOL CDs
