@JagexAsh Hey. I’m have trouble trying to get help to log in to my old RuneScape acount it about 6-7 years old and they gave me the email to login to it so I contacted aol to get access to the email but they said it’s deactivated due to inactivity can you help in dms or email plz

So, Uber and Lyft are having some trouble. I hope they work it out. But companies that break the business model don’t always survive. AOL is the best example but there are many others.

I miss when you could just send an email about a problem with your bill or whatnot. Now they want you to wait to chat with with someone like it's AOL or call and sit on hold for an hour.

The company failed to develop its own social media platform or acquire existing platforms, such as Facebook or MySpace. Instead, AOL focused on its existing business model of providing dial-up internet service and online content and failed to pivot to social media and UGC.

@Richanjgd @alok_bhatt I know of one such AoL Vaidya who on phone while talking to a patient, told her her husband actually has a serious problem. My son-in-law was told his liver was developing a problem. Immediate blood tests did not reveal any problem but a test done 3 months later showed an issue.
