@AwBlessYerHeart Yes, a lot of people forget, or never knew, that the GOP had paid trolls on internet message boards, like Netscape and AOL, during the W administration. And it was reported on. But that was a long time ago now, and it's down the memory hole I guess.

@KremlinBunker @KCBailey88 @AOLSupportHelp I use BlueMail app on my android phone and tablet which stopped working with AOL, but thunderbird email on my pc unaffected. I don't want to use the AOL email app as BlueMail and my pc handle multiple email accounts. The app password fixed the problem though.

@AOLSupportHelp Sorry, not signing onto another terms of service that enables even more intrusion into my account—there is no category for e-mail, anyway. I think you got the message, at least I hope so.

@namzuns @RulerOT7Skies Eons ago when AOL was a thing I used to role play with a group and became great friends with 2 of the woman. They came cross country to visit me. We used our AOL names the whole weekend lol. Sadly we lost contact when AOL shut down.

@AmazonHelp well. it worked last night. today it says that it is updating when I turn it on. and now it doesn’t work. it’s trying to stream @hbomax and after four attempts starting the app, it’s now playing it like aol dialup and has given me errors twice. what should I do to troubleshoot?

@nodqdotcom They went out of business because when they were still RED HOT and whole AOL/Time Warner merger happened, @EBischoff lost control because nobody wanted “wrasslin” on Turner TV anymore. It all went down hill from there ..... people need to research more !

Why is it so damn hard to contact @AOL ... suspect I've been phished, trying to change email address so my emails cannot be accessed ... no email support, no UK number 😩

@ChrisGr90387268 AOL said a while back that their email would not be supported on the iPhone, but the change never happened. I think it did today, though. I’m having the same issue.

@wordcriminal i've tweeted something similar, but the same boomers who said to never give my name or address in AOL chatrooms are currently uploading government identification to facebook and giving out their social security numbers to obvious phishing emails
