@BlissMelly It's funny because I'm slightly older but I ended up being chronically online via AOL in the early and mid 90s. I think I didn't start until 8th grade. Holy **** it was different.

@AOL Why are nearly ALL news reporting agencies so Left leaning. You repeatedly post Bull Crap like most people oppose the Texas voting act. You flat out lie and say it is restrictive. IT IS NOT. Go to Delaware and pitch your crap up there where it's true. Stop the lies!

@ProsaicView Did not use 1,6 & 8. They forgot AOL and MSN Search (I think that was it called back then). BTW Lycos had a great email service, probably the first to offer POP/SMTP access for free, way before GMail.

.@AOLSupportHelp Any other provider in the world has a way to reset your password. They have recovery emails. When asked about the price, your representative declined to say until deep into the call You scammed my 52 year old #veteran dad, because you used bad-faith design.

@Jame5pectations The worst part of AOL and dial-up internet is when there were too many people in the world online and you automatically got kicked off while you were in the middle of using the internet.

@harrypujols That wasn't Messenger, it was just AOL chatroom, which did exist in 1994. But I believe it didn't support colors either, which means they are using 2.0. And, that didn't have the "user typing" message indicator. Definitely not a huge deal, but yeah, incorrect on multiple counts!
