@AOLSupportHelp. Already tried t contact you people through Facebook Messenger. I have recently been receiving alerts that someone has been using my old AOL email account and am trying to reach you people to recover it so I can delete it. Or I can just file complaint against AOL.

@DeFiGod1 Looks like something I did at 1am in the morning in my Microsoft paint days with the AOL IM chat running and sports illustrated swimsuit magazines laying around as I ate my 3D Doritos and washed it down with a fruitopia strawberry passion and topped it off with gummy shark bites.

  • bryanbrake Bryan B. (shotified and on Holiday in the EU) (@bryanbrake) reported

@dcuthbert I had acquaintances that would call up Compuserve and Delphi customer support to recover other people's accounts to get free internet. They told me there was no skill in doing AOL at the time... Lol

Then I was like naa they created this way too fast. The I was like, real **** everything happens faster now because the world shares information. It used to take 15 min to sign into AOL on dial-up and now I’m on the internet instantly on 5G. Makes sense when put in perspective

i was putting in a customer’s email address at work and they were still using aol, we typically get a lot of older people that come in but wow 😭

  • MiskatonicMed Stephen Crane (@MiskatonicMed) reported

@MakiItohSimp142 I think we're long past wondering, "why is WWE doing (thing here) when it makes them look bad?" They straight up don't care what others think of them. They're "too big to fail." You know, like Enron, AOL, and Yahoo.

@bullshitjobs Kind of all the same thing: we need to conserve resources. I ran an entire news network at AOL back when they were huge - from my living room - w/no ZOOM.

  • loufreshwater Lori Lou Freshwater (@loufreshwater) reported

These kids working at t-mobile trying to help an elderly lady with her aol account are so endearing.

@kat_woman13 I work in IT. I still have an aol email! I got it in the 90s. My mom had just died. I got my dad an iMac so he could do email & write stories about his life. Aol was the easiest email back then. I've never changed my email because it wouldn't be worth the effort. #aolsucks

@BTC_Archive @SBF_FTX I remember when people thought AOL could never by Time Warner.
