I'm barely past the title sequence of You've Got Mail and already I'm thinking: 1. LOL oh 90's 2. Was there a bigger advertisement for AOL than this movie? 3. Holy **** I forgot Parker Posey is in this

The amount of times I have been locked out of my @AOL account and the lack of support is astounding. No support without credit card info and a recovery system that is not even capable of sending recovery codes before they expire.

Remember in 1996 when AOL went down for 20 hours and everyone thought it was the whole internet that went down?

@DrEliDavid Pity those poor snowflakes: who are about to be introduced to unfamiliar and heretical ideas! How will they cope 😱? (Going to be like the day when AOL allowed their members to access Usenet.)

@elonmusk And the destruction of twitter continues. Soon business schools will used twitter as an object lesson on bad buyouts just like when time Warner bought aol

  • woolfhound jw (@woolfhound) reported

Hi @AOL, I'm trying to delete my late father's account and the online process just says "you can't do that" and your phone support people have no idea how anything works. It's pretty bad!

  • dajaz027 Troy White (@dajaz027) reported

@Uber_Support So there was a system issue. I am able to cash out now. Stop telling drivers to uninstall the app to get them off the phone. We used to do that at AOL(this practice has gotta stop) instead of trying to find out the issue
