The main thing weighing on the stock price is the unknown. First in, or loudest, is not always the winner. Look at AOL. AOL was the internet. Then they completely tanked. Too much spending, bad business plan, the brand crumbled under the weight of a million mailed CDs.

This company's history/strategy is basically: 1. MySpace, but better 2. What AOL and Yahoo were getting at, but better 3. Preservation of market position Great at 1, mediocre at 2, and terrible at 3. All within 2 decades. "Seemingly unstoppable growth."

@Mindwbw Yes and no. There’s a decent chance that $fb could be in a slow death spiral. I remember it seemed like AOL and Netscape would rule the internet forever, that could be FB. There is a lot of animus against FB by a growing majority, less time spent there by many.

@xo_coco_ox My first I found back in the 80's using the $6 an hour compuserve service and chat rooms. Lots of conversations later we met. When she passed eventually I used AOL chat rooms and find my second wife. ALOT of chats and screening involved.

@CoinMarketCap #Bitcoin is to crypto what AOL was for the internet. Initially it was great, then it was slow and outdated tech. Just my humble opinion... $BTC < $XRP
