    @drphiliplee1 I worked in a call centre for a brief time, doing tech support for AOL (yes, I am that old). A ******* our training got flustered and insisted on “H for Elephant”. Bonkers, but now I have to really search my mind for “Hotel” every time…

    The internet should have stopped evolving in the AOL chat rooms era. We had perfection and we blew it all to hell. Yahoo doesn't even have answers anymore. Shaking my damn head.

    @shipilev When I contracted to AOL and we were force to use their software I wondered how that unstable pig became so popular. I blamed Microsoft for lowering our expectations of quality software
