Call me crazy, but I believe Twitter will go down as the antithesis of AOL. Twitter is cheap as dirt at $44B.

@AFreeQueen @lavern_spicer we want immigrants to come here legally. we don't have a broken immigration system. we have a broken enforcement system of our existing federal immigration laws. AOL seems to want illegal immigrants in the US, just not her district. the "struggle" is the inconsistency/hypocrisy

VERY proud of myself for fixing a rendering issue that was only happening in AOL Mail / Microsoft Edge and Yahoo Mail / Firefox instead of saying “who on earth is using that webmail and browser combo”

@Coleens_ The context in ICQ was folks would login to channels and spam "A/S/L? Wanna cyber?" and go DCC with any takers (hopefully) or we would just jump to another channel. ICQ I used. A relative used AOL, so I had AIM to chat with her much later, perhaps 99-2000.

@cwarzel Also it was a tour from a (horrible) cruise. I also didn't really like Florence at the time... b/c tour. I think so much has to do with HOW and when you experience places. Both happened when everyone was still dialing up AOL but there was a big difference b/w the two experiences
