@kevinryanmedia @covie_93 In 1993 ? Sure. Let's play. Are you talking about AOL and chat because that's literally not the same thing. And yes you twit. Tweeting Started With Twitter Wtf ?! Are you seriously this stupid ?! The term/phrase didn't even exist before Twitter

@waitbutwhy Love at AOL was the bomb. Never got into the chats much... But they were entertaining. Slingo was entertaining with chat built in. I worked for AOL tech support.

@jennycohn1 Shoot they’ve been working together a lot longer than that, Ms Jenny .. they all connected on the Nugent boards ..pre-Twitter .. pre FB ..all of it, Ted had a chat system similar to aol ..They preplanned all this crap there. Ask @brucewilson he knows. They need to be stopped.

Never thought I'd hear myself saying this but +w1++er was better when Jack was running it. The new controllers are doing to the bird app what AOL did to the once phenomenal Huffington Post message boards. In short ... ruin it.

  • EsqPugh Dr. Catherine L. Pugh (@EsqPugh) reported

@AjaRaden Did u just say "since I am not aware of it, I want to know why it didn't happen"? 20y ago it was living rooms, kitchen tables, & AOL. I can't believe you need to be told this but there's *a lot* that happened then about which you know ****. Obviously.

  • cwnings blushy wanning (@cwnings) reported

  • Kris_XRP_Swell Kris (@Kris_XRP_Swell) reported

@chrislarsensf @APompliano I completely agree Chris, if we don't get AOL off of dial-up, it'll never work.
