    @agoodfireburns Having been on the internet since before WWW, I can tell you it all went down hill when AOL appeared. Time for an Internet Driving Licence.

    @TheDEWLine What tools do you use for track the most? I am chasing some research on Prodigy, Compuserve, and AOL yet my 1200 baud modem seams slow. (Loosing followers that aren’t real isn’t loosing anything at all)

    AOL used to have teen discussion boards and chat rooms that were moderated in a way that prevented people from being awful to each other. LiveJournal made it much more possible to make choices about who you did and didn’t interact with.
