Humble Student ⚔️ (@jaysinjailagain) reported@OddStats Nightmarish. I was lucky enough to be sent to a private school and I remember kids just not coming back the following year. They’d tell me on aol instant messenger that their families couldn’t afford it, they were moving, etc… The son of a family friend worked in tech as a twenty something in the late 90’s. I remember he was driving that BMW z3 they had in the Bond movies. Always had expensive clothes, etc…moved back in with his parents. Of course as a kid I had no idea what was going on around me but to endure that as an adult must’ve been reality warping. It explains so much of the positioning around this AI hype. Everyone who endured the dotcom has clearly vowed to never see it again.

Triple H removed the chaos, has unlimited resources and corporate support, and now even hardcores say the show sucks. Russo’s garbage kept an audience despite AOL. I stopped watching long ago but I can’t help but notice the similarities today with tko/wwe and aol time warner/wcw. It’s not good.
