@doctorwhoviana @crosa1988 But they loved the infomercial I had written (which never aired). They thought I “understood them.” So they hired me to do all sorts of other stuff. They essentially paid for my 1st condo. Those were the days. But then AOL made a tragically wrong turn. Interesting how that goes.

@NerdOutWithMe @53rdCard I still sign in to check my mail. I could just go to AOL dot com but I like signing in like I’m visiting a place from my childhood. No one is there anymore, I’m the only one.

@TheEroKing @lonely_heheh As someone who was on Aol forums for DB back when GT first came to the US, it was always viewed as poorer quality. I myself, Never liked GT even as a young kid, But I still watched it and came up with my own ideas for a sequel and I got hyped as all hell over AF popping up

@AmandaSckNTwstd @RealBrysonGray When I was growing up it was not everywhere like it is now. When I was 13 it was 1986. AOL didn’t start until what? 89?90? I grew up with one foot in NYC and one in Hoboken. We didn’t need that crap. lol

@MDeskaTTU @SeanRossSapp As much as you wouldn't understand, but the Network has final say on what they will and will not allow. Look at WCW and how things with AOL went with them. The reality is, if Warner/Discovery tells Tony Khan they can't do something on the show, they can't do it.
