@imthepizzaguy_ Austin was the highest paid wrestler of all time from 1998 to 2001. Austin vs Goldberg wouldnt have had anyone complaining, considering the buyrate it would have drawn. The AOL contracts issue was way overblown. McMahon simply didnt want to prop up WCW as an equal.

  • Shebiegirl Sheilah (@Shebiegirl) reported

@aolmail you asked me to send a private message with the problem but it won't allow me to do that. I cannot get aol mail to work using even aol sheild. I live in the 81611 area. I would guess this is no a personal problem as I am having no trouble with hotmail or gmail.

  • GuruGuy6 Guru Guy (@GuruGuy6) reported

Gmail is allowing anyone and everyone to hijack the email service to falsely advertise. This is causing email users to block legitimate advertisers or ignore advertisements all together. These bad actors use aol email addresses to send their malicious attacks.

  • GuruGuy6 Guru Guy (@GuruGuy6) reported

@AOLSupportHelp How long have you been aware of these service attacks?

  • DaVampy Da socially distant Vampy 🩸 😷 (@DaVampy) reported

@BlindUnfiltered So as long as you could sign on to your favorite BBS or to AOL, you didn't need to ever touch a URL since the service did all the indexing for you.

  • danreilly11 Dan Reilly (@danreilly11) reported

@mikeryan No, I wasn't interviewing him. Just sort of supervising AOL Music's interviews at SXSW. Introduced myself to him after it wrapped and said "so, uh, my cousin is 'Basic' Bill Reilly, who worked on your boat." Then we just shot the **** about that.

  • Shebiegirl Sheilah (@Shebiegirl) reported

@aolmail AOL mail is down in Aspen, Colorado - at least mine is!!

  • imthepizzaguy_ Kevin Nicholas (@imthepizzaguy_) reported

@IandrewDiceClay Wasn’t the issue that they had huge, bloated contracts with AOL and were making more than guys like Austin, Taker etc. in guaranteed money, and THAT was why those guys didn’t come over?

  • AlessaAndreadis Alessa (@AlessaAndreadis) reported

@tweetinjackleg Yahoo and AOL--yes, I said AOL--are the worst with their headlines. They know they have literally 2 seconds to grab a reader.
